Introduction
Heat resistence HEPA filter is test with 0.3um DOP penetrometer with efficiency of 99.97~99.99%. The air tightness is achieved by sealing the frame and filter media together by means of special sealants. Moreover, special gasket and bond also give assurance against high operational temperature (150~300℃) environment. These filters are used in special sites, such as radioactive circumstances, the exhaust exit of industrial oven, etc.
